I am using E-Z lubricating jelly purchased from e-bay. You should sterilize all the sounds each time you use them. Boil for about 20 minutes. If you drop one of the sounds during play, you can use alcohol wipes but be sure to give them time to dry before inserting in your penis or it will burn. Also, wash hands with soap and water. I purchased a baby bottle sterilizer to clean all my sounds before each use. Also, purchased off of e-bay.

If you do try it take it slow and use lots of lube. Make sure you steralize the rods before you put it in your cock and wash your hands and the head of your cock.
